Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables become your property once invoices are settled. Bina Solutions retains the right to reuse underlying frameworks and anonymised learnings.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential. We sign mutual NDAs when required.

Liability

We deliver solutions with utmost care; however, our liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
