Google user data accessed via OAuth

  • Gmail data (message metadata, body text, attachments, labels) only when necessary to deliver the requested automation or support workflow.
  • Google Drive files and metadata, including Google Sheets content, when you specifically authorise access so we can build, maintain, or operate agreed features.

We request the minimum scopes required for the user-facing functionality you select, and we do not access Google user data without your explicit consent.

Automatically collected information

  • Aggregated analytics about how our website is used. We do not use analytics to track individual users.
  • Technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by our infrastructure to maintain security.

  • Google user data retrieved through OAuth is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the feature you enabled. Where feasible, we process data in memory or temporary storage and delete cached copies within 30 days.

Security safeguards
  • Encryption in transit (TLS) for all connections to Google APIs and to our managed environments.
